I liked it because it was quick and easy to make, also I had everything I needed for the recipe on-hand. Although I did find it very sweet! I would only use about 1/4 cup of honey next time. I like spicy foods so I added more peppers flakes to mine, and I found that it cut the sweetness. It need some veg, so I added snap peas when I served it. Joe suggested topping it with peanuts or cashews too next time! Oh! I needed to juice two med-large oranges for this recipe, I saw in some of the comments that people did not think it had enough “orange flavor” I think zesting both instead of one helped with that.
I will definitely make this again!
